24 fabulous park-lovers enjoyed a Sunny November day – A HUGE thanks to the amazing volunteers who accomplished this list of tasks:

• Filling holes in parking lot
• Blackberry pruning
• Wooden fence repair in culdesac
• Filled holes in upper field
• Cleaned area at bottom of south entrance
• Trash & poo pick up
• 10 new bag dispensers posted around in park*
  *If you have extra clean, empty plastic bags at home feel free to bring them to park and put in the white plastic dispensers – they can also be used to pick up poo and trash!

T-shirts were a huge hit! We have Gray/Black and new Blue/Green options! We sold over half our stock in just a few hours. Buy yours on our website – Click on “Shop” to the left! (Hint: great holiday presents!)

DOGS appreciates the very generous donations towards park budget, plus those who signed up for the mailing list and committees to further improve the park and fundraising!

Thank you to all our volunteers at Saturday’s work party!

25 amazing park-lovers enjoyed a lovely fall day working at Grandview Park!

A HUGE thanks to the amazing volunteers who trimmed blackberries, cleaned the parking lot, hung the new sign in parking lot and picked up trash and poo!

DOGS also appreciates all of the donations towards park maintenance budget, plus those who signed up for the mailing list and committees to further improve the park and fundraising! We raised $850 on Saturday in the jar and t-shirt sales!

– Clean up parking lot
– Poo and garbage pick up
– Hang new sign in parking lot
– Fix latch on north side gate
– Fixing alignment on parking lot curbs
– Filling holes in parking lot and field
– Placing cinder-block steps into switchback paths on north side
– Prune blackberries

We will be collecting $ donations and hosting a new member sign-up at the work party – please bring your friends and family!
Snacks will be provided, please sign up to let us know how many volunteers we should plan for.
If you have pruning shears, work gloves, hammers, shovels – please bring for the day or donate!
